PAYMENT
Our shopping cart is through PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to make your purchases. You may safely
use your credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account. We will also accept checks. To mail your payment, please
contact us with your order, and we will send you a total. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, you may

Orders shipped within Missouri will have a 7.975% sales tax added to the total.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail 2 to 5 business days after cleared payment. Orders
with handpainted items or Tag Blankies ship 1 to 3 weeks after cleared payment. Orders with 9 inch letters ship 3 to 6
weeks after cleared payment. Choosing Expedited Shipping is an upgrade to Priority Mail and not a rush order. The same
time frame to complete your order still applies. If you need a rush order, please contact us for an estimate and if it is
possible to complete the order in your time frame.
The following shipping quotes are for the U.S. and territories only. The shopping cart will also support orders from
Canada, UK, and Australia. For all other international destinations, please either contact us for an invoice prior to your
purchase or expect a shipping invoice after your purchase.
